#2 Cookbook Club x Mustards
We still find ourselves in BBQ season (although it might always be this season?) and what better pairing than Mustards Bar & Grill. Cindy Pawlcyn, a legend in our valley, makes the best ribs in town, so we thought we’d open up some Cab Franc and get good use out of Jeff’s pizza oven to celebrate the second edition of Cookbook Club. Recipes will soon be available for folks to cook alongside the HG team, stay tuned!
